In accordance with the amendments to the Federal Law of 24.11.1995 No. 181-FZ "On Social Protection of Disabled Persons" that entered into force on January 9, 2018, a disabled person or a person transporting a disabled person has the right to park a vehicle in paid parking spaces designated by "Disabled" road signs and/or appropriate markings, free of charge, if the vehicle is included in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons.

The right to free parking for disabled persons is confirmed by the presence of information about the vehicle in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons.

You can check information about the inclusion of a vehicle in the Federal Register of Disabled Persons through the service for checking vehicles driven by a disabled person or used to transport a disabled person.

To check for a disabled person's parking permit, you must enter the vehicle number and verification code.

In the case of using paid parking spaces that are not intended for parking disabled persons' vehicles, the disabled person or the person transporting him/her may use the parking spaces on a general basis and must pay for parking!
